THE BILLS:

Lowers costs and barriers for a naturopathic medical student to get into a naturopathic medicine clinical training program.

Lowers healthcare costs by eliminating sales tax on healthcare services for healthcare patients.

Bans red light cameras and robot speed enforcement. Red light cameras and robot speed enforcement has resulted in millions of dollars being sent to private companies that operate outside of Arizona. Also, people who weren't even driving have been penalized.

Prohibits people and businesses from being taxed for being a node for blockchain technology.

Excludes digital currencies from being taxed under property tax.

Allows medical industries to extend their scope of practice without obtaining government approval.

Allows employees to opt out of being required to obtain the COVID-19 or any other emergency use vaccine. Prohibits employers from discriminating against employees based on vaccination status. Allows a terminated employee of a healthcare institution denied a vaccination religious exemption to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General for legal repercussions. Hobbs vetoed this bill stating the law already exists at the federal level. However, we still have healthcare workers out of work because of Biden's healthcare worker COVID-19 vaccine mandate.

Helps lower the cost of goods and services by preventing over-regulation.

Helps reduce the costs of goods and services and stimulates entrepreneurship by reducing the Small Business income tax rate.

Helps reduce costs of food, goods and services by eliminating property tax on private property used for agriculture, trade, or business.

Helps reduce the cost of industrial hemp and hemp derived products.

Lowers property taxes for everyone.
